About this game

Activator is a side-view, flick-screen maze game for the Amstrad CPC. You control an Activator Pod sent into Space Port Antari after a distress signal reveals that an unknown power source has disabled the station's carbon-based life-forms and equipment.

Your objective is to find fuel-rods and place them in Room 97 to reactivate the station's power. The Pod can carry up to three items at once, including fuel-rods, bullets, and key-passes. Bullets can be used against the aliens roaming Antari's corridors, while matching lettered key-passes, from A to G, open the corresponding doors.

Contact with an alien reduces the Pod's power gauge. When the gauge is emptied, one of nine lives is lost. Activator was developed by Softeam and published by Cascade Games, with a release date of December 26, 1986.
