Armored Core 2 is an action-focused tactical shooter set in a world of customizable AC mechs. Players accept objectives from different companies, earning money for successful missions that can be used to repair and upgrade their machine.

Mech customization includes weapons, defense systems, rocket packs, and guidance systems designed to improve accuracy and speed. Some missions require specific upgrades, making careful spending an important part of progressing through a mercenary career.

Combat Modes

After preparing a mech for battle, players can challenge a friend in arena mode. These one-on-one fights take place in large outdoor areas and can continue for as long as desired.
