Armored Core

Armored Core is an action shooter and simulator set in a distant future shaped by the Great Destruction, a catastrophic war that leaves most of Earth's population dead.

After fifty years spent underground, survivors face a world dominated by corporations. Chrome and Murakumo Millennium compete for supremacy, creating conflict and opportunities for independent mercenaries known as Ravens. As the protagonist, you pilot an armored core, or AC—a giant mecha robot—through this corporate struggle.
