Army Men: Sarge's Heroes

Army Men: Sarge's Heroes puts you in control of Sergeant Hawk as he fights the Tan Army across 16 missions containing more than 40 objectives. Tasks range from seek-and-destroy assignments to reconnaissance operations, with General Grimm providing mission briefings before each combat deployment.

A Boot Camp obstacle course introduces the controls and lets you practice weapons and combat skills. During missions, use the on-screen map to navigate varied terrain, manage Sarge’s health, and search for Medkits when necessary. Ammo Boxes replenish the standard M-16, while bazookas, flamethrowers, and sniper rifles offer additional firepower with limited ammunition.

The third-person gameplay combines shooting with movement abilities including crawling, kneeling, rolling, and climbing ladders. Battles take place in outdoor environments and oversized indoor locations such as a bathroom, garden, sandbox, kitchen, and living room. Damage affects Sarge’s movement speed, making careful positioning and avoiding enemy fire important.
