Ballz: The Director's Cut is an improved version of Ballz 3D: Fighting at its Ballziest for the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer. This unusual 3D fighting game features characters made entirely from balls, with each fighter offering distinct moves, animations, and combos.

In single-player mode, players battle through the playable characters before facing a selection of final bosses, including a tyrannosaurus, kangaroo, scorpion, ostrich, and bull. Each boss has a unique fighting style and a specific weak spot. Multiplayer allows fights against friends.
