Blades of Thunder II

Blades of Thunder II is a helicopter flight action game for Nintendo DS, released on April 18, 2006. Players take on the Solar Martyrs after a pre-emptive attack goes wrong and the World Anti-Terrorist Coalition headquarters is destroyed.

Fly through several campaigns from either a first-person or third-person perspective. Missions become progressively more difficult and introduce broader selections of enemy units. Upgrades are available for the three main weapons and the helicopter, while additional helicopters can be unlocked through campaign progress.

Game Modes

• Campaign: Complete increasingly challenging helicopter missions and unlock new aircraft.
• Wireless multiplayer: Dogfights support up to four players, with selectable frag limits of five, ten, or twenty.
• Free flight: Fly in one of three levels using one of three helicopters under a three-, five-, or ten-minute time limit.

Developed by Interactive Vision and published by Summitsoft Entertainment, the game combines flight simulation and shooter elements.
