About this game

Bleach: The 3rd Phantom is a role-playing strategy game developed and published by Sega for Nintendo DS, released on June 26, 2008. Its original story takes place before the start of the anime series and follows fraternal twin Soul Reapers Matsuri Kudo and Fujimaru Kudo.

Gameplay

Players create and command a team of eight Soul Reapers in tactical, turn-based battles. Campaign-map positioning and experience-point customization allow team members to develop different abilities and strengths.

More than 50 characters can be selected for battles, with special attacks and, for some characters, Bankai. Story mode offers two playable lead characters and more than 30 hours of gameplay.

Modes and Unlockables

After completing Story mode, players can continue strengthening their team through the 30-level BLEACH Tower mode. The game also includes wireless multiplayer for two players and unlockable items such as Health Boosts, Spiritual Pressure enhancements, weapons, and additional characters.
