Blood Bros.

Blood Bros. is a 1990 arcade shooter developed and published by TAD Corporation in Japan and Europe, with Fabtek handling North American manufacture and distribution. It is a spiritual sequel to Cabal and uses extremely similar gameplay mechanics.

Players control a cowboy and an Indian as they pursue Big Bad John, the most wanted outlaw in Dodge City. The action takes place on stationary screens, where players move a crosshair, shoot targets, and use ducking and rolling along a one-dimensional plane to avoid danger. A boss must be defeated before advancing to the next level.
