Brutal Sports Football

Brutal Sports Football combines football-style objectives with extreme fighting-game violence. Matches last seven minutes, with players throwing or kicking an oval ball toward a goal defended by a net-minder. Up-and-under kicks are a frequent part of play.

Combat is central to winning. Players can punch, stomp, use weapons, throw bombs, and even decapitate opponents. Victory comes from scoring more goals or reducing the opposing side to a single surviving player. Blood and flailing limbs give the action a gruesomely humorous tone.

The pitch contains bonus and non-bonus items, including rabbits that speed up the current player and tortoises that slow them down. The game features 11 teams of human and alien players, with some characters possessing unique skills. Players can choose a single match, a knockout cup, or one of four leagues.
