Caveman Ninja, also known as Joe & Mac, is an action platform game by Data East. It follows the green-haired Joe and blue-haired Mac as they fight through prehistoric levels to rescue a group of women kidnapped by a rival tribe of cavemen.

The cavemen use a variety of weapons, including boomerangs, bones, fire, flints, electricity, stone wheels, and clubs. The game was released for arcades and adapted for systems including the Super NES, Genesis, Nintendo Entertainment System, Game Boy, Amiga, and PC.
