Chocobo's Dungeon 2

In Chocobo's Dungeon 2, Chocobo and Mog continue their search for treasure after Mog opens a new Mysterious Dungeon and releases a seal connected to Bahamut. With help from Shiroma, the only human living in Monster Town, Chocobo must find Mog, locate Bahamut, and repair what was unsealed.

Dungeon Exploration

Chocobo descends through top-down dungeon floors alone or alongside a partner controlled by the game or a second player. Each floor requires finding the passage onward while managing hunger by eating different kinds of nuts. Chocobo can equip one weapon and one piece of armor, collect spells, and improve spell proficiency through repeated casting.

Unlike other games in the Mysterious Dungeon series, Chocobo retains his level and statistics between dungeon trips. Boss monsters appear at the conclusion of most objectives, while Monster Town residents offer additional sub-quests.
