About this game

Computer Quarterback is a real-time strategy simulation of NFL football. Players name their own team and draft players using a starting budget.

Game Modes

  • Semi-pro: 18 offensive plays and 14 defensive plays.
  • Pro: 36 offensive plays and 24 defensive plays.
  • Computer: Play against the computer-controlled team, The Robots, using the semi-pro play selection.

An optional team disk offered through the game's catalog adds NFL teams as alternatives to creating a custom team. The game was developed by Danielle Berry and published by Strategic Simulations, Inc. for Apple II, Atari 8-bit, and Commodore C64/128/MAX.
