About this game
Digimon Adventure 02: D-1 Tamers is a role-playing game and sequel to Digimon Adventure 02: Tag Tamers. After defeating Millenniumon, Ryou is summoned back to the Digiworld by the four sacred Digimon to compete in the D1 monster fighting tournament.
Gameplay combines exploration with turn-based monster battles. Players travel through top-down and isometric locations, fight using their monster team, recruit new monsters, and build a collection. Battles are presented from an isometric perspective, with each monster using attacks shown through short animated sequences.
