The briefing

About this game

Disc is a Tron-inspired action sports game released in 1989. Play against the computer or another person, using a throwable disc to defeat opponents and survive across disappearing platforms.

Gameplay

Players can throw the disc directly at opponents or bounce it off walls to create angled attacks. Striking the walls behind an opponent can make their platform disappear, while repeated direct hits can also eliminate them. Opponents may block a direct throw and take control of the disc.

Progression moves from Novice through Disciple to Great Guide. Rivals become tougher, platforms require more hits to disappear, and additional discs appear on the playing field.

  • Amstrad CPC
