About this game

Dogs of War is an action shooter starring a mercenary who takes on assignments around the world. Missions include rescuing a kidnapped son, recovering valuable artwork, and eliminating criminals.

Its levels use multi-directional scrolling, with enemies moving in set patterns as the player fights toward each objective. All missions are available from the beginning, with more difficult assignments offering larger bounties. Completing a mission requires reaching its goal.

Money earned from defeating enemies is used to buy weapons and ammunition before each mission. The arsenal includes pistols, Kalashnikovs, chain guns, grenades, rocket launchers, and a flamethrower. Rocket launchers are required against heavy obstacles such as turrets, military jeeps, and tanks. A two-player mode is also available.
