About this game

Dynasty Warriors 3: Xtreme Legends is an action-focused hack-and-slash game set in KOEI’s Romance of the Three Kingdoms world. Players take control of one of seven previously unaligned generals, each with a new Musou scenario set across remixed stages from Dynasty Warriors 3.

The game adds new objectives, scenery, and cut-scenes, while allowing players to import unlocked content from Dynasty Warriors 3. Bodyguards can be customized with names, weapons, items, genders, and uniforms. Additional content includes new weapons and items, a fifth weapon for each officer, new difficulty levels, and Arrange mode for modifying character placement in the opening movie.

Challenge Modes

  • Balancing Act: Knock enemy waves from a bridge while staying on your feet.
  • Speed Demon: Race across a level while navigating hazards and fighting enemies.
  • Combo Mania: Defeat large groups of enemies to build combo points.
  • Iron Man: Complete all three challenge events in succession.
