Eien no Filena

Eien no Filena is a role-playing game released on February 25, 1995, for the Super Famicom and Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was developed and published by Tokuma Shoten.

The story follows Filena, a girl raised as a boy by her grandfather, Zenna, under an empire that forces girls into prostitution and boys into gladiatorial combat. At age 16, Filena prepares to enter the imperial coliseum, where she is assigned a concubine named Lila. When Lila discovers Filena’s secret, the two become linked in a struggle against the empire.

As Filena rises through the gladiator ranks, she uncovers the truth behind the supposedly deadly matches and sets out with Lila to bring down the empire and reclaim her place in a lost kingdom.
