Evolution 2: Far Off Promise is a role-playing adventure game for the Sega Dreamcast and the sequel to Evolution: The World of Sacred Device. Developed by Sting, it was published by Ubisoft in North America and by ESP in Japan.

Like its predecessor, Evolution 2 is a dungeon crawler, but it combines random dungeon maps with predetermined layouts. The game was released on June 29, 2000, and reached Europe in 2002 as one of the last European Dreamcast releases. In the UK, it was exclusive to the Game video game chain.

Evolution 2 and the original Evolution were later remade together as Evolution Worlds for the Nintendo GameCube.
