Aerial combat and carrier landings on Game Boy Advance
The briefing
F-14 Tomcat is an action shooter and flight simulator released for the Game Boy Advance on September 2, 2001. Developed by Virtucraft and published by Majesco, it places players in blue-water operations aboard an F-14 Tomcat.
Armed with air-interceptor missiles and a 20mm Vulcan cannon, players engage MIG 29s, MIG 24s, and other enemy targets using cockpit computer displays for precision targeting. Missions conclude with first-person carrier landings, while multiplayer supports head-to-head competition for up to four players.
