About this game

Final Blow is a boxing arcade game created by Taito. Players control a screen-sized boxer and move left or right while looking for the right moment to land a powerful final blow, which can sometimes knock out an opponent in a single strike.

The home versions include a spectator mode for watching boxers compete. The game was released for arcade and multiple home platforms, including Amiga, Atari ST, Commodore 64, FM Towns, and Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.

Outside Japan, the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis version was released as James 'Buster' Douglas Knockout Boxing, featuring Buster Douglas.
