About this game

From the Abyss is a dungeon-crawling role-playing game set in Rubenhaut, a small country built to guard the Dimensional Abyss. After its seal breaks, monsters return to the world, and a custom-created hero must recover pieces of the magical Abyss Gate crystal to seal the rift again.

Players explore the world and its dungeons, collect items, defeat enemies, and absorb their souls to steal skills. These skills can be combined with existing abilities and weapons to create a variety of attacks. Each new game randomizes the experience, giving every playthrough a different arrangement.

The game also includes two-player cooperative multiplayer, allowing two friends to progress together and battle the main boss, the Abyss Lord.
