Front Mission 5: Scars of the War

Front Mission 5: Scars of the War is a tactical role-playing game in Square Enix's Front Mission series. Set in a gritty futuristic world shaped by conflicts among five powers—the U.S.N., O.C.U., E.C., O.A.C., and the Republic of Zaftra—it centers on battles fought with wanzers, the series' mechanized units.

Players lead groups of wanzers through turn-based missions against enemy forces. The game returns to features associated with earlier entries, including part upgrades and mission branching, while adding friendly fire and the ability to recruit new pilots.
