About this game

Future Cop L.A.P.D. is an action shooter set in Los Angeles in 2100, where gangs have taken over bleak urban neighborhoods. Players command the Tactical Assault & Combat X-1, a police mech that can transform into a hovercraft.

The campaign spans 12 levels, each ending in a boss showdown, with 14 weapons available for combat. Cooperative play allows a second player to join the action.

Game Modes

  • Campaign: Fight through 12 levels and confront a large boss at the end of each.
  • Precinct Assault: A strategy mode featuring red-versus-blue battles for control, playable against the computer or another human.

The game supports the Dual Shock Analog Controller. Progress can be saved with one block of memory card space or by using a password.
