Action strategy warfare with squad-based combat and multiplayer battles
The briefing
General Chaos is an action-focused real-time strategy game released for the Sega Genesis and Sega Mega Drive in 1993. Players command General Chaos's forces against General Havoc's troops across more than 50 battlefields.
Four squads are available: the Assault Team, Commandos, Demolition Squad, and Brute Force Troop. Combat combines brutal hand-to-hand fighting with five weapon types: flamethrowers, machine guns, bazookas, grenades, and dynamite.
The game supports 1–4 players in head-to-head and cooperative play. It was developed by Game Refuge and published by Electronic Arts.
