About this game

Glider Rider is an isometric action-adventure shooter developed by Binary Design and published by Quicksilva. The game follows an agent sent to an artificial island to destroy the ten reactors powering the Abraxas Corporation's base.

Gameplay

The player's vehicle combines a motorcycle with a hang glider. By driving down a mountainside and reversing direction, the motorcycle can take to the air. While airborne, the player can fly in any direction or descend, but cannot gain altitude. Touching the ground restores the motorcycle.

Reactors are destroyed by flying over them and dropping grenades. Laser gun towers defend the island's reactors and can be temporarily disabled by disrupting their control towers. Falling into the sea results in the character being eaten by sharks.
