Grandia

Grandia is a role-playing game developed by Game Arts and the first entry in the Grandia series. Set in a fantasy world shaped by emerging technology and exploration, it follows Justin, a young boy who inherits a magic stone and sets out to uncover the mystery of a long-lost civilization.

Justin’s journey brings him together with other adventurers while attracting the attention of the militaristic Garlyle Forces, who are pursuing the secrets of the past. The game is recognized for its combat mechanics, which became a foundation for later Grandia titles.
