Hobgoblin

In Hobgoblin, Zanock, the only son of the king of Altoris, must cross the swamps of the hobgoblins to recover the stolen Golden Orb that has protected the kingdom.

This challenging action shooter places a thinly clad hero in a spooky landscape filled with monsters. Zanock attacks by throwing daggers, with defeated enemies potentially providing bonus money or upgrades such as hatchets, stronger daggers, increased range, and extra lives.

The game uses flip-screen progression rather than scrolling, making jump timing difficult and creating leaps of faith as you move between screens.
