A real-time strategy and vehicle simulation game about building an island-chain war machine and destroying an enemy carrier.
The briefing
Carrier Command is a real-time strategy game centered on an advanced cybernetic aircraft carrier and a campaign across an island chain. Your opponent controls a similarly advanced carrier operated by a terrorist organization, creating a race to establish bases, secure resources, and eliminate the opposing force.
Resource, factory, and defensive bases support your advance. Resource islands provide materials for producing weapons and vehicles, while factory islands replace combat losses. Facilities can be overrun when attacked without your presence, so their placement and protection are key strategic concerns.
Equipment must also be stored safely and moved to the carrier with resupply drones. Maintaining a dependable supply infrastructure is essential for sustaining operations across the islands.
From the carrier, you can take first-person control of attack aircraft and amphibious tanks to assault enemy islands or attack the opposing carrier. Vehicle weapon payloads are configurable for different situations, including virus bombs for capturing enemy command systems and wire-guided surface-to-surface missiles for direct attacks.
Ultimately, victory requires finding and destroying the enemy carrier while denying your opponent the resources and infrastructure needed to do the same.
