Cyber Empires

Cyber Empires is an action and turn-based strategy game centered on robotic combat, territorial conquest, and city sieges. Developed by Silicon Knights and published by Strategic Simulations, it was released in 1991 for Amiga, Atari ST/STE, DOS, and MS-DOS.

The game is a predecessor to Fantasy Empires, combining tactical battles with broader strategic control of the land.
