Genshin Impact players can now redeem three promotional codes revealed during the Version 7.2 special program. Together, the time-limited rewards provide 300 Primogems, plus useful character, weapon, and currency materials: Hero's Wit, Mystic Enhancement Ore, and Mora.

The codes were revealed on October 23, 2026, and they will not remain active for long. Travelers have until Sunday, October 25 at 9 PM PDT to enter them. That is Monday, October 26 at 12 AM EDT and 4 AM GMT. Players should redeem each one as soon as possible, particularly if they are saving Primogems for an upcoming wish banner or want a small boost for leveling characters and weapons.

All Genshin Impact Version 7.2 Livestream Codes

There are three codes from the Version 7.2 broadcast. Each code grants 100 Primogems, meaning players who successfully redeem all three will receive 300 Primogems in total.

  • HourofRuin -- 100 Primogems and 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore
  • ExpertMitya -- 100 Primogems and 5 Hero's Wit
  • PhotoTime -- 100 Primogems and 50,000 Mora

These rewards are delivered through the in-game mail system after redemption. The Primogems are the main attraction, as they can be used toward Intertwined Fates and Acquaint Fates for wishes, or kept in reserve for future banners. While 300 Primogems is not enough for a full wish by itself, it contributes meaningfully to a player's saved total--especially when combined with daily commissions, events, exploration, Spiral Abyss rewards, and other Version 7.2 activities.

The accompanying materials are also worthwhile. Mystic Enhancement Ore is used to strengthen weapons, Hero's Wit provides a large amount of character experience, and Mora remains necessary for nearly every major progression task. Character ascensions, talent upgrades, weapon leveling, artifact enhancement, crafting, and many other systems all consume Mora, so the 50,000 included in the final code is a useful addition to any account.

When Do the 7.2 Codes Expire?

The three Version 7.2 livestream codes expire on October 25 at 9 PM PDT. Because the expiry falls at different local times around the world, players in eastern North America have until midnight at the beginning of October 26, while players on GMT have until 4 AM on October 26.

Livestream codes are traditionally among the shortest-lived Genshin Impact promotions. It is best not to wait until the final hours, since last-minute attempts can be complicated by regional time conversion, a code being entered incorrectly, account-login issues, or simply forgetting before the deadline. Redeeming the codes takes only a few moments once a player is signed into the correct HoYoverse account.

Deadline: Redeem HourofRuin, ExpertMitya, and PhotoTime by October 25 at 9 PM PDT / October 26 at 12 AM EDT / 4 AM GMT.

How to Redeem Genshin Impact Codes In Game

Some versions of Genshin Impact allow players to redeem a promotional code directly within the game. This is the quickest option for players who already have the game open.

  1. Open the Paimon menu and go to Settings.
  2. Select the Account section.
  3. Choose the Redeem Code or Redeem Now option.
  4. Enter one of the Version 7.2 codes exactly as written.
  5. Repeat the process for the other two codes.
  6. Open the in-game mailbox to collect the delivered rewards.

Promotional codes are generally not case-sensitive, but copying and pasting them exactly is still the safest approach. Be careful not to include an accidental blank space before or after a code. If a code does not work, first check that it has been entered correctly and that it has not expired. Players should also make sure they are using an account that has access to code redemption.

How to Redeem Codes Through the Official Website

Players can also claim the rewards through Genshin Impact's official gift redemption page. This method is useful for anyone away from their usual device, or for players whose game version does not offer the in-game redemption prompt.

  1. Visit the official Genshin Impact gift redemption page.
  2. Sign in using the HoYoverse account connected to the desired Genshin Impact profile.
  3. Confirm that the correct regional server and Character Nickname are displayed.
  4. Enter a code into the Redemption Code field.
  5. Select Redeem.
  6. Repeat with the remaining two codes.
  7. Log into Genshin Impact and retrieve the rewards from in-game mail.

After logging in, the server and character information should be filled in automatically. Nonetheless, it is important to verify both fields before submitting a code. Players with accounts across multiple regions, or multiple characters tied to different servers, should take extra care not to redeem the rewards on the wrong profile.

Where to Find the Redeemed Rewards

Successfully entering a code does not place the Primogems and materials directly into a player's inventory. Instead, Genshin Impact sends the items in an in-game mail message. Open the mailbox after redeeming all three codes and use the claim function to add the rewards to the account.

There is no need to collect the mail instantly, but it should not be ignored for too long. In-game messages normally have an expiry period of one month after they are sent. The livestream codes themselves have the urgent October 25 deadline; once they have been redeemed, players still need to claim the attached items before the mail expires.

Why These Codes Matter for Version 7.2

Special program code drops have become a familiar part of each major Genshin Impact update cycle. Beyond offering a modest bundle of resources, they give players an immediate reason to check in following a presentation that previews upcoming content. Version 7.2's codes continue that pattern, pairing gacha currency with general progression items that benefit newer and established accounts alike.

For newer players, Hero's Wit and Mystic Enhancement Ore can help relieve some of the early resource pressure involved in building a first team and its weapons. Mora disappears quickly while upgrading several characters at once, so even the 50,000-Mora reward can be spent almost immediately. Veteran players may value the materials less than the Primogems, but the additional resources still fit naturally into long-term preparation for future characters, weapons, and team adjustments.

The three rewards also cover different corners of Genshin Impact's upgrade economy. Hero's Wit supports character experience gains, Mystic Enhancement Ore feeds weapon enhancement, and Mora functions as the universal currency behind a broad range of upgrades. Players do not need to choose between them: entering all three codes provides every listed reward.

Version 7.2 Code Checklist

Before the deadline arrives, make sure all three code entries have been completed:

  • HourofRuin for 100 Primogems and 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore
  • ExpertMitya for 100 Primogems and 5 Hero's Wit
  • PhotoTime for 100 Primogems and 50,000 Mora

Once each code has been accepted, check the in-game mailbox and claim the attached rewards. Players should do this well before the October 25 cutoff rather than assuming the codes will remain available through the remainder of Version 7.2. These promotions are connected to the special program window, not the full lifespan of the update.

With 300 Primogems and a useful collection of upgrade materials available for only a few minutes of effort, the Version 7.2 livestream codes are an easy pickup for active Travelers. Redeem them promptly, confirm the mail has arrived, and bank the resources for the next character, weapon, or wish plan.
