Marvel's Wolverine Whiskey Bottle Locations: How to Find All 21 Collectibles

This guide contains minor location and level-progression spoilers for Marvel's Wolverine.

Whiskey bottles are among the most valuable collectibles in Marvel's Wolverine. There are 21 to find across Logan's journey, and each one awards two Adaptation Points. That makes the complete set worth 42 points for expanding the number of Adaptations available to equip. Collecting every bottle also unlocks the Midnight suit.

Many bottles have a scent trail connected to them, but that does not always make them effortless to locate. Trails can blend into a busy environment, lead away from a main objective, or be obscured by other interactive routes. A handful are placed directly on the story path, while others require a detour through a breakable entrance, a side balcony, or an easily overlooked room.

The bottles themselves are filled with nods to Wolverine's comic-book history, including aliases, story arcs, allies, places, and memorable phrases. Below is every whiskey bottle in mission order, including the two stages that contain a pair of collectibles.

Every Marvel's Wolverine whiskey bottle location

Homecoming: Uncanny Whiskey

The first bottle is part of the mission and cannot be skipped during normal progression. Follow the scent trail into Logan's store-cupboard bedroom and the Uncanny Whiskey bottle is waiting in plain sight. Its title references the long-running Uncanny X-Men comic series.

The One That Got Away: Incredible 181 Whiskey

Once Logan is properly tracking Jean Grey, he will leap from a building and investigate ground touched by her purple telekinetic energy. Follow the trail forward, but then angle right toward the boarded-up garage. Break the wooden barrier and check the tool trolley inside for Incredible 181 Whiskey. The name points to Incredible Hulk #181, Wolverine's first comic appearance.

Raise Some Hell: Cold Lake

In the courtyard featuring a yellow crane and a Nightmare Door, follow the scent route toward the grey brick wall. After passing the containers, turn left and locate the yellow door on the far wall. Smash through it to enter a recreation room. The Cold Lake bottle is inside. Cold Lake, Alberta, is Logan's hometown.

Strays: Blood Debt

Inside Walter's lab, head toward the far-right corner rather than moving straight through the room. Look on a metal bench positioned beside a table to find Blood Debt. The label borrows its name from a Wolverine comic storyline.

Something Much Stronger: Not Dead Yet

Travel upstream along the river until the route enters a cave. Climb the rocks on the left side and inspect the wooden crate above. It holds the Not Dead Yet bottle, another title taken from a Wolverine story arc.

Knock Knock: Tenth Man

After destroying the signal relay and emerging from the rubble, immediately follow the scent trail to the damaged building on the right. Climb through the opening marked by a slab with white paint. Once inside, search the long counter for Tenth Man.

The name is a playful reference to Wolverine as an X-Man, with X representing 10 in Roman numerals. It may also allude to Weapon X and the tenth Weapon Plus program.

Mutant Detected: Fist of Legend

Near the mission's end, after surviving the propulsion tunnel, follow the objective route through the facility. You will enter a more open section containing forklifts and large shipping containers. Immediately turn left. A breakable wooden crate sits near a locked door and keypad.

Use the keypad and enter 5413. In the small lab beyond, follow the scent trail to a floor grate. Interact with it, crawl through the vent, and climb out at the opposite end. The Fist of Legend bottle is on the lab counter directly ahead. Fist of Legend is one of Wolverine's aliases.

One Last Mission: The Old Man

Speak with Sabretooth on the Princess bar balcony as directed. During the arm-wrestling argument cinematic, Logan puts Sabretooth's bottle on the railing. When control returns, pick it up before leaving. The collectible is called The Old Man, apparently referring to Old Man Logan, the older Wolverine from a reality ruled by supervillains.

Get Angry: Patch

In Jean's vision of the Japanese bar, move to the far end of the venue and descend the stairs into the basement. Follow the corridor and scent path around to the right, then enter the bathroom. Press Triangle to make the unsettling kissy head move aside; doing so also earns a trophy. When it retreats, take the Patch bottle from the shelf.

Patch is Wolverine's undercover Madripoor identity, created to help him operate anonymously in the criminal haven. The disguise is also represented among Wolverine's wearable suits.

Bad Blood: Fatal Attractions

While climbing the unfinished building toward Shiro's Penthouse, Logan eventually enters the structure and destroys two yellow grate doors. Continue forward from there and drop down near the material crate. Follow the scent trail right, climb onto the next ledge, and look for a blue tarp-covered crate. The Fatal Attractions bottle is on it, named for the well-known 1990s X-Men storyline.

In the Shadows: Best There Is

After destroying the second mutant detector, return to the rooftop and face the final detector cluster. Drop onto the lower roof in front of you, turn right, and jump toward the balcony with electronic billboards. This balcony connects to the tall blue building. Search its small table for Best There Is.

Its title comes from Wolverine's famous declaration: "I'm the best there is at what I do, but what I do best isn't very nice..."

In the Shadows: Berserker Brew

The second bottle in this mission is very difficult to overlook. After meeting Jean and infiltrating the Hand's secret party, inspect the tables in the first room. One holds Berserker Brew, a clear reference to Wolverine's berserker rage.

Death Comes to Death: Hand of God

Proceed normally from the mission's opening and the scent trail eventually leads upward into a maintenance-style corridor. The Hand of God bottle rests on a tool trolley along this path. The name refers to a Wolverine storyline that connects Logan, at least ambiguously, to the Hand of God and punishment visited upon the Ba'al-worshipping people of Gehenna thousands of years in the past.

We Were Wrong: Revolto

After speaking with Essex, follow the mission path while tracking the Hand mutant who took the Helix Engine. Eventually, the route reaches a T-junction with a white truck on the left. Go around to the truck's rear and inspect the cinderblocks to collect Revolto.

The name recalls Revolto the Clown, an identity Wolverine takes on in the comics after being brainwashed and forced into Frankenstein's Monster's Murder Circus.

Hell Followed With Him: Itsu Single Malt

During the cliff ascent, Jean uses telekinesis to stop falling boulders, allowing Logan to climb onward. Once you reach the wooden walkway, go forward and watch for white cloth draped over the railing on the right. Jump over the railing at that spot to land on a lower cliff ledge. Follow the scent trail downhill to a barrel holding Itsu Single Malt.

Itsu is Logan's Japanese wife in Marvel comics.

Way Down Low: Wild Canadian

After opening the lockup, follow Jean and use the crane hook to zip upward onto a roof. Upon landing, immediately turn left and step onto the narrow balcony of the turquoise building. Follow the trail around the corner to locate Wild Canadian. It is a straightforward acknowledgment of Wolverine's Canadian roots.

Way Down Low: Little Uncle

After Jean takes the microphone to rally Lowtown, follow her via the zipline and climb onto the roof ahead, identifiable by its Nightmare Door. Leap to the lower rooftop next door, follow the scent path downstairs, and reach the balcony. The Little Uncle bottle is sitting on a table. "Little Uncle" is Black Widow Natasha Romanov's nickname for Wolverine in the comics.

Roll the Dice: Blood and Bourbon

Once inside the party, head upstairs and circle around to the bar. Press Triangle when prompted to order a drink. Wolverine pockets the Blood and Bourbon bottle during the interaction, adding it to the collection. The name seems to be a broad nod to Logan's association with bourbon and bloodshed rather than a specific comic reference.

Field Test: Captain Terror

After chasing the flying Sentinel, being struck by a car, and fighting further Sentinels in a warehouse, exit through the upper door as the objective indicates. On the route toward the fish market, look left for an AC-unit vent. The Captain Terror bottle is clearly visible on top.

Captain Terror is Dan Kane, a Marvel character Wolverine once impersonated during a time-travel mission.

I'm Still Here: Ol' Canucklehead

Following the battle with the first MK2 Sentinel, take the winding rubble path until it opens into a split route. Choose the left branch. Pass through the broken walls of the turquoise building, continue down the path, and enter the Princess bar through the large hole in the pink wall on the left. Climb to the upper floor, proceed straight ahead, and collect Ol' Canucklehead from the table.

Ol' Canucklehead combines "Canuck," another reference to Wolverine's nationality, with his claw-related nickname.

Whiskey bottle rewards and completion tips

Because every bottle grants two Adaptation Points, it is worth collecting them as you go instead of leaving a long cleanup for later. The Whiskey Finder Adaptation can help locate trails, but careful route checking is often enough. Pay special attention after cutscenes, when entering wide rooms, and whenever a mission route presents a balcony, vent, side room, or breakable wall.

For full completion, make sure your final count reaches 21 bottles. At that point, Logan will have received 42 Adaptation Points from the collectible set and the Midnight suit will be unlocked for his wardrobe.
